Lamb in Balsamic Vinegar Wraps




Coat the lamb with a small amount of oil. Heat a bit more oil in a pan and fry over medium-high heat until cooked through. Add a bit of balsamic vinegar and cook over low heat until the meat absorbs the vinegar and it reduces a bit.

Heat the tortillas. Put a little yogurt on each, then add the lamb. Add salady things for a tasty wrap.
