Kathy's Baked French Toast


My sister Kathy makes this recipe for special occasions and it's delicious. Note that you should start the prep the night before.


(Optional: add more bread on top, in this case use a little extra milk and eggs)


Melt margerine in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix in brown sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Lay in bread slices, packed tight. Mix the milk and eggs, then pour over bread.

Refridgerate overnight

Preheat oven to 350* and bake for 30 min.

Notes: I haven't tried this yet.
