Crustless Quiche

 

Ingredients:

Directions:

Saute the mushrooms and zuccini until soft. Stir in the ham and cook together.

Beat the eggs, then add everything. Pour into a 10" pie pan. Bake at 325 deg F for 35-40 min. Cool for 10 min.

Notes:

I got this recipe from Diane but haven't tried it yet. I wanted to write it down before I lost the post-it note!
