Heat the oil, add garlic and fry lightly. Add remaining spices,
stir and cook briefly without letting the spices burn. Add bread
crumbs and fry until toasty. Add the chopped basil and stir for
one more minute.
Layer the fish, chopped tomatoes, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Top with the bread crumbs, completely
covering the fish.
Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes at 350*F, until the fish flakes
easily with a fork.
