1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup 2% milk
Put everything in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Notes: This is seriously delicious. One great way to use it is
to lightly dress a salad with a mild vinaigrette, then serve
this on the side and each person adds it to taste. The vinaigrette
seems to help the thick cheesy dressing spread so it doesn't clump
on the salad or get watery.
