Pressure Cooker Black Bean Soup



In the pressure cooker:

Added later:


Pressure cook the first set of ingredients for 40 minutes, then allow a slow pressure release (at least 30 minutes).

Add the next set of ingredients and simmer on the stove until the sweet potatoes cook through and the flavors blend (at least 30 minutes.)

If the soup is thin, remove some and blend it. However, this soup comes out a bit thicker than the version using canned beans.
