Messy Rice




Heat the pan, then the oil, and don't be stingy on the oil. Fry the vegetables until they are nice and soft.

Add the rice and fry until it's warm through.

You can stop here, or if you have some tomato sauce that's not too thick, you can add it. Salsa is also nice, as are caramelized onions.

This makes a pleasant side dish.
