Pasta with Cauliflower and Red Peppers




Dice cauliflower into bite sized chunks. Boil for 3 min. to soften. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cook.

Dice red bell pepper.

Prepare pasta.

Heat olive oil to medium and fry the cauliflower and pepper until softened but still slightly firm. Add a little butter at the end (optional).

Add vegetables, feta, Sriracha sauce, and black pepper to pasta.
